On January 15th, a conference on the technical achievements of desiccant refining bio-enzyme preparations and pre-dye treatment process was held in Hebei Ningfang Group, the largest textile enterprise in Hebei Province.

The reporter learned from the press conference that the Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences released the newly developed textile bio-enzyme preparation, which is specially used for the pre-dye treatment step of textile desizing and refining, replacing the traditional alkali treatment process. The effects of energy saving, water saving, emission reduction, quality improvement and cost reduction can promote the transformation and upgrading of China's textile industry from traditional high energy consumption, high water consumption and high pollution processes to green, environmentally friendly and sustainable biological new processes. It will become a milestone in the development of the textile industry and bring new hope to the sluggish textile industry.

The conference was hosted by the Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Hebei Textiles Supply and Marketing Company, and co-organized by Hebei Ningfang Group.

Researcher Song Wei from the Institute of Industrial Biotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences said that compared with the traditional process, the desizing refining process of the enzymatic cold reactor can save steam by 50%, save electricity by 40%, save water by 50%, and reduce the amount of caustic soda by 40%. The COD value in the wastewater is reduced by more than 60%.

According to the production test results of the pre-treatment process of the enzyme method in Tianfang Group and Ningfang Group, the enzymatic pretreatment of pure cotton cotton and aramid thermal wave cloth can reduce the cost by 30% and 70, respectively. %, and also has significant effects in the production of various types of textile products such as military camouflage cloth, tent waterproof cloth, wrinkle products, aramid series products, etc., and has achieved considerable economic, social and environmental benefits.

Next, the Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences will continue to cooperate with Hebei Textile Federation to improve the technology promotion work, form a technical support group, and provide in-depth service to the nationwide printing and dyeing enterprises . It is expected that 10 to 20 textile enterprises will be promoted in the next three years. Application, cumulatively create new profits of 0.5 to 100 million yuan.
