In the process of actual warp knitting and development of bedding fabrics, appropriate processing measures need to be taken. For example, the use of spun yarns with higher yarn counts, uniform strips, less hairiness and high strength; pre-treatment of yarns, reinforcement of cohesion between fibers, improvement of yarn wear resistance, reduction of flying flowers; reduction of machine speed It is 70%-80% of the production speed of conventional chemical fiber; it is used to clean the machine for timing; the yarn guide parts of the warp knitting machine are improved to reduce the peak tension of the yarn and reduce the friction on the yarn.
