1. What are our shipping rates?

These are applied per product and are calculated on the basis of weight of each item, and vary depending on country of delivery. Please refer to the shipping rates on the delivery information page.

2. How long does it take to receive an order with multiple outfits?

Since each order is custom made, we require 4-6 weeks to process and complete your order, unless specified otherwise. Bridals take 3-6 months, and you will be advised the completion time when you order. In case you require urgently delivery, please email us at to check if it is possible.

3. Will i receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation for your order shortly after your order is successfully placed. Print and save it for your records, as it includes an order number and your order details. Once your outfit has been shipped, you will also receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

4. I have placed my order now, what's next?

You will receive a confirmation of your order. We will start work on your order, and will contact you if further information is needed. If not, once your outfit is shipped we will send you another email with tracking details.

5. Can i make amendments to my order once it is placed?

It depends on what amendments you would like to have. Some amendments can be made even after placing your order. Simply email us within 24 hours and we'll let you know whether amendments can be made in your order or not.

6. What if i need to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours once the order is routed to the designer and the work has started we cannot accept a cancellation. Since we offer custom made outfits, once cut to your measurement requirement cannot be used for any other order and we are unable to offer refunds. This ensures that each of our outfits is unique and looks great on you!
If you have cancelled your order within the specified time frame, and received a confirmation of cancellation, please allow 4-6 business days for the refund to come through.

7. Can i add sleeves or suggest changes to an outfit?

We can make minor changes to customize the outfit especially for you. You can suggest changes like length of sleeves, neckline, hem, trouser or any other changes that you have in mind. All you need to do is fill out the form on the measurement guide page, and add additional comments. At this time however, we cannot accept amendments to color or style of the outfit.

8. I want to place an order with you but it is safe to use my credit card? maintains the highest levels of security. To ensure the highest level of security, all our transactions are processed through, the most trusted online payment method. We use high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. By using paypal, we do not receive or store your credit card or bank details, simply receive payment. We assure you that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

9. If I am having trouble with the ordering process on-line, what other options do i have?

10. What if my credit card is declined?

Call your credit card service provider and inform us via email at Try using a different card if one does not work. If you are using a credit card from the Middle East or Pakistan, you may need to create a paypal account in order to make your takes 2 minutes to set up a paypal account and this ensures safety and security of your transaction.

11. How can i give you my measurements?

Once you have placed your order, you need to visit the Measurement Guide section and enter your measurements and comments on the Measurement Form page.

12. Can you tell me what measurements i need to provide?

Please visit the measurement guide section and follow the guidelines while you are taking your measurements. You may leave some measurements that are only needed for specific outfits. Make sure you measure carefully and double check with it. It is better to have someone else measure you.

Please keep in mind that you should be wearing normal clothes or undergarments. Jeans and heavy blouses are not recommended while being measured. Lay the tape measure flat against the skin; don't pull it too tight, nor let it drop.

13. How should i care for my dress?

Most of the dresses we carry are made of pure materials and are custom hand embroidered using fine materials. Therefore these dresses should not be subject to normal washing procedure. We recommend you hand wash only area(s) of dress(es) that require cleaning or dry clean only with a very reputable laundry. Please do not use hot/warm water. Wash using cold water wash, no bleach, and lay flat to dry, do not use a dryer. Do not press directly with a hot iron and only use a warm iron. Do not iron areas of the dress that hand embroidered as this may result in thread breakage, damaging the dress permanently. We recommend you do not fold our dresses. Instead, store them using a hanger, along with a cover if possible.

14. I plan to place a huge order, can i get a discount?

If you are placing a large order for a special occasion, we may offer you discount. Simply email us at with the item codes and quantities required. We will check with our designers and get back to you as to whether a discount can be offered.

15. How often do you have new collections?

New designs are posted every few weeks! Keep checking back to make sure you’re in on the latest trends!

16. I am a designer and would like my collections to be featured on Who do i contact?

The designers featured on are selected on basis of their designs and work ethic. In order to cater to the diverse market we like to feature designers who have different styles and unique outfits to offer.
